Dough maker wanted in Ibi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Ibi, Taraba State. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 3+ years on the tools preferred.
