Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Lampasas County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time with occasional weekends.
