Dough maker wanted in Vidisha

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Ideally you have familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; accurate at weighing and following recipes. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
