Now hiring: we are hiring a halal butcher in Odukpani, Cross River State. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
