Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Calloway County, Kentucky. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Part-time with flexible hours.
