Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Your main tasks: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. ₦250,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
