Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Andrews County, Texas. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time, day shift.
