Nursery worker • Charlotte County, Florida

Join our team: we are hiring a nursery worker in Charlotte County, Florida. Day to day you will cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
