Meat trimmer — Bakassi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Bakassi, Cross River State. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On the job you will handle: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone ₦200,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
