Last-mile delivery rider — Jackson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a last-mile delivery rider in Jackson County, Illinois. The job is at an e-commerce last-mile depot. The role involves weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots; handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg Full-time with occasional weekends.
