Immediate opening: bakery assistant (Uttar Pradesh)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Ideally you have basic cake decorating and piping skills; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₹34,500 per month, based on your experience.
