Oven operator — Etung

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Etung, Cross River State. Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens We offer ₦300,000 per project plus benefits.
