Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Atchison County, Missouri. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
