Cook wanted in Bath County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Bath County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time with occasional weekends.
