Vacancy available: kitchen cook (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Morrison County, Minnesota. Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Six days a week, one day off. We offer $240 per day plus benefits.
