Meat trimmer wanted in Uintah County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Uintah County, Utah. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. On the job you will handle: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
