What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
