Kitchen cook wanted in Dhar

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should bring strong knife skills and speed on the line; sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided.
