Immediate opening: renovation plasterer (Edo)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Owan West, Edo. The role involves float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
