Vacancy available: dough maker (Plateau State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Barkin Ladi, Plateau State. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₦7,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
