Port container crane operator — Hooker County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Hooker County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Understanding of hand and radio signals Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
