Immediate opening: cnc lathe setter (Florida)

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Leon County, Florida. Day-to-day duties: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed What we are looking for: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls 1+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
