Render and set plasterer wanted in DeWitt County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in DeWitt County, Texas. You will work in a refurbishment property. The role involves check walls for plumb and level as you go; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings. Requirements: • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
