Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Ezza South, Ebonyi State. Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Full-time, day shift.
