Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Casey County, Kentucky. You will work at a halal meat counter. You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
