Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Brewster County, Texas. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
