Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Full-time, day shift.
