Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Ahoada West, Rivers State. The job is at a busy machine shop. You should have: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Day to day you will adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; load and index turning tools in the turret. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
