Direct sales agent — Middlesbrough

Now hiring: we are hiring a direct sales agent in Middlesbrough, England. You will be based at a busy retail showroom. Your main tasks: • Handle cash and card payments at the counter • Collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues • Collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Greet walk-in customers and find out what they need You should have: • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience • Knowledge of the local language and market 4+ years on the tools preferred.
