Track-type tractor operator — Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Madison County, Nebraska. The job is at a civil contractor's yard. On the job you will handle: • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear You should have: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
