Meat cutter — Runnels County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Runnels County, Texas. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
