Cake decorator — Eleme

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Eleme, Rivers State. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
