Fry cook wanted in Ujjain

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Ideally you have able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; able to stand for long shifts and work in heat. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
