Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Owerri West, Imo State. On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
