Short order cook — Ibi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Ibi, Taraba State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time with occasional weekends.
