We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Monroe County, Ohio. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Rotating shifts. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
