What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform On a typical shift you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; greet guests, seat them and present the menu.
