We are recruiting: we are hiring a dozer operator in Newport County, Rhode Island. Requirements: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections On the job you will handle: • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse Part-time with flexible hours.
