Vacancy available: we are hiring a waitress in Waller County, Texas. You will work at a banquet hall. Your main tasks: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 4+ years on the tools preferred.
