Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Sagbama, Bayelsa State. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer 1+ years on the tools preferred.
