Immediate opening: sausage maker (Utah)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Piute County, Utah. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day to day you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking.
