Fry cook wanted in Argungu

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Argungu, Kebbi State. The role involves keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦110,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
