You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
