Short order cook — Barkin Ladi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Barkin Ladi, Plateau State. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
