Ladle pourer — Bosso

Immediate opening: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Bosso, Niger State. You will work on the moulding line. Day-to-day duties: • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity You should have: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling Pay around ₦180,000 per month, based on your experience.
