Vertical milling machine operator — Ezza South

Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Ezza South, Ebonyi State. The job is in a die and mould making unit. Requirements: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Your main tasks: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Part-time with flexible hours.
