Fine-dining server — Wagoner County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Wagoner County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a café. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Your main tasks: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table 5+ years on the tools preferred.
