Join our team: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Senapati, Manipur. You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. You should bring knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required; confident knife skills and safe blade handling. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
