Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Riyom, Plateau State. Your main tasks: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts We offer ₦260,000 per month plus benefits.
