Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Lipscomb County, Texas. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
